Join Stephanie Izard this October in Montana for another deliciously decadent Montana Master Chefs at the luxurious Resort at Paws Up in Greenough, Montana. You’ll explore exquisite tastes from culinary masters. This three-day event offers an up-close-and-personal experience with three world-class chefs. Each chef will be given one night to prepare a tasting dinner. During the day, Chefs will either put on a two-hour cooking seminar, or host an exhilarating outdoor adventure. After a day full of Food, Wine, and Wilderness, your luxurious private home – complete with 300-thread-count sheets and hot tubs – will await. Chefs attending this year with Stephanie Izard are: Chef Kent Rathbun, Chef Wes Coffel and a TBA Chef (hopefully Hosea from Top Chef). The line up of winemakers attending this year is stunning…Frog’s Leap Winery of Napa Valley, Joseph Phelps Vineyards, and Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars!

Outstanding in the Field is the wildly successful roving culinary adventure that travels North America during the harvest season. The experience begins with a tour of the location - typically a local farm - then guests join farmers, producers, culinary artisans, and share the seasonally fresh meal set at a long table. Chefs Stephanie Izard (The Drunken Goat) and Ryan Poli (Perennial) will be guest chefs for an event at Kinnikinnick Farm with David and Sue Cleverdon on Monday, August 3rd. To make your reservation at the table, please visit the Outstanding in the Field website.
