this is absolutely delicious and can be enjoyed year round though is nice and refreshing in the summer.  i just have to warn you, that though it tastes like pure pineapple juice, it is really pure vodka.  lets just say that the night we dove into this bottle wound up to be one crazy night, or so i was told.

1 pineapple, peeled and diced

1 bottle vodka (i prefer effen or grey goose)

just let it sit for 10 days and enjoy, responsibly!!
