come kick off the holiday week early and join chef missy robbins and me at a voce in nyc this monday night!

i met missy years ago at a great female chef event, the girl food dinner, at west town tavern in chicago. i’m excited to be back in the kitchen with missy again, this time in NY. to change things up a bit we are doing a multi course dinner, this time paired with beer!

our first special event at girl & the goat last year to benefit the james beard foundation was an all beer paired dinner and we had so much fun with the pairings we thought it was time to do it again. greg hall is flying out to join us with some great beers from chicago’s own goose island… plus we have brian strumke of stillwater artisinal ales in maryland coming up with his saison, and we are featuring the evil twin brewing SD with dessert. some amazing craft beers to pair with nantucket bay scallops…pasta with sunchokes and sweetbreads…quail with butternut kimchee…so come hungry. and thirsty.
