sweet corn has got to be one of my favorite summer veggies! the corn we are getting right now from nichols farm is so sweet i like to eat it raw right off the cob. we also have it on the menu right now off the cob, sauteed with a bit of butter, cayenne, lime juice and parmesan cheese. or to make grilled on the cob corn even better, melt down some butter with a little garlic, fish sauce, sambal and malt vinegar to drizzle over the top. yuuuummmm.
