
it’s time for another supper at steph’s! this time around we are going to do things a little differently… the green city market’s locavore challenge is starting on september 7th, so we thought we would join in on the fun and host an all local dinner! it’s always fun to create a theme for the dinner and throw a little challenge-curve-ball; all foods used to make the dinner (aside from a little olive oil) will be from local farms. the proceeds from our locavore dinner are going towards “chef camp,” an upcoming event that brings chefs and farms together. it all just seems to make sense ![]()
so come hang at my house (i promise to tidy up a bit) and eat, drink and be merry while we support local farming in illinois!
highlights of the night are to include: a special cocktail featuring my personal barrel of weller’s bourbon created by ben schiller, special beer crafted by our good friend jared rouben, and lots and lots of local foods with a menu designed just for the occasion. last supper at steph’s got a little rowdy, so you’d better come ready to have some fun. and its a friday night….you can sleep in the next day.
