awesome stop that just kind of “came to be” with an invite from our friends at food & wine magazine. always fun hanging with the f&w wine folks and the other chefs there to do some cooking. i think i might let myself do some gambling next year… but this time i was pretty well behaved…  for me:) best part was hanging and cooking with shawn mcclain.  i worked with him about ten years ago when he opened spring in chicago, and it is was just like old times.  cheers to the entire staff at sage!
