blue cheese is one of my favorite things, in any shape or form (except that dried out crappy crumbled stuff... that is just not real blue cheese). when i first came across rogue river smokey blue, it was as though bacon and blue cheese had a love child. add that to some sweet potatoes and top with a little crisp onion and i am very happy. sorry dad...not making the sweet potatoes with the marshmallows this year ![]()
