I have always been a sucker for a cheese plate with a stack of crackers! I’ll even just make a plate of hummus alongside sliced deli cheese and meat and plop down on the couch with some crackers and enjoy. Of course, they are even better when entertaining friends and family!
2 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Artisan Wheat Flour
1/2 T Baking Powder
1 T Sugar
1/3 Cup unsalted butter, cold, cubed
1/2 t salt
2 T rice bran oil
6 T cold water
2 T honey
Combine flours, baking powder, sugar, butter, and salt in a mixer using a paddle attachment. Mix until well incorporated. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cut the dough into two halves. Place one half of the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to the size of a baking sheet tray. Repeat with the other half.
Cute the dough into 2×2 squares. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes, turning half way.
Brush lightly with butter while still warm.
