Ingredients:
1 ½ cup fresh basil
1 ½ cup fresh mint
1 ½ cup fresh cilantro
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
4 white anchovies (optional)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ teaspoon sambal
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides once or twice. Add 1 tablespoon of water to help blend if necessary. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
